Deutsche Bahn has restructured its event offers as of July 1, 2025. Since then, registration for each individual event has been the responsibility of the respective organizer.
Please note: You can only find out whether an event ticket is available for your desired trade fair or congress on the respective event websites of the organizers.
For Messe Dortmund's own events, registration must be done individually. The booking link generated is valid for journeys within a period of two days before and two days after the event date. There is no longer a year-round booking link for all events.
We recommend that our partners – especially congress providers and guest organizers – register their events at www.bahn.de/mice.

How much does parking cost?
Parking fees at the Westfalenhallen parking lots are 11.00 EUR per car during trade shows and events. (Max. length: 5 m, prices subject to change)
Motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, and bicycles may park for free.
For trade shows, exhibitions, and markets, you can purchase parking tickets - subject to availability - only on-site.
How can I pay for the parking tickets?
Parking tickets purchased on-site can be paid for in cash or by card. The cost of the parking ticket is collected upon entry.
What are the height and length limits for passenger cars?
Parking lots A2, A3, A4, A5, and A8 are outdoor parking lots with no height restrictions. Please note: The underground parking garage beneath Hall 6 (access via Parking Lot A2) is only accessible to vehicles up to 1.80 meters in height.
There is a length restriction of 5 meters per parking space. If your vehicle exceeds the specified length, a higher parking fee will apply.
Where can I find accessible parking spaces?
For people with severe disabilities who have a blue supplementary ID card, parking spaces on the premises will be reserved free of charge by the ushers. Please note: only parking lots A1 through A8 are part of the Westfalenhallen.
Parking spaces for people with severe disabilities are not explicitly marked. This ensures that, depending on the trade fair or event, we can provide you with the parking spaces closest to the respective entrance. Upon arrival, please inform the parking attendant of your situation and present your ID card. Security staff will then direct you to an appropriate space near the entrance.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve parking spaces for people with disabilities.
A disability ID card without a corresponding parking permit does not automatically entitle you to park in these spaces. However, depending on availability, our parking staff will always make every effort to provide you with a paid parking space near the hall.
Where is the best place to park my RV?
Please drive your RV or trailer to Parking Lot D2 on Maurice-Vast Street. To ensure that the parking lot is available, we recommend contacting DOPARK, the parking lot operator, at www.dopark.de/kontakt. You can also contact them if you would like to stay overnight in the parking lot with your RV. Parking lot D2 does not have restroom facilities or electrical hookups.
